Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

We are currently only shipping to the United States at the moment. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date.

When will my item ship?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a secondary e-mail with your tracking information once the order ships from our warehouse.

Why is a signature required on my shipment?

To ensure your shipment's security, orders over $100 will require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please have a valid ID proving you are 21 or older to receive the package.

What if there is an issue with my order?

What is your return policy?

Only unused items in an undamaged box within 30 days of purchase will be issued store credit or a refund. Please contact us for returns.

What happens if I break my piece?

Since glass is fragile, we recommend always carrying your Vase with two hands. But we also know accidents happen. While we can't offer a full replacement, please contact us for a discount code to re-purchase or for replacement parts.

How do I clean The Vase?

We recommend soaking the base with a mixture of salt and rubbing alcohol.
